Trough screw conveyor (ZSG)
Use:
Trough screw conveyor is intended for conveying of non-sticky loose material, which does not form agglomerates. The advantage of this screw conveyor when compared with the conveyor (ZSD) is that the conveyor trough is from textile rubber, that enable an easy and quick cleaning of settled and/or glued materials on the internal face of trough. Modular construction of screw conveyor gives a large range of configuration “custom-made”. Screw ribbon flight are offered in various design, pitch dimensions and from material such as ordinary steel, then also as wear-resistant steel or stainless steel, possibly with special surface coating. Screw conveyors of length above 6m are delivered with hung bearings, which enable to offer length up to 30 meters.
